Wedding photography at Kent Life

Situated just outside Maidstone, Kent Life is a lovely alternative Wedding venue. Kent Life is Kent’s premier Farm attraction with lots of Farm animals and bygone machinery and buildings. There is 28 acres of land to wander around.

At Kent Life ,Weddings can be held in the renovated Ulcombe Village hall or the 19th century wedding chapel originally from Cuxton. Both are situated on the village green. The Village hall holds up to 100 for the Civil marriage or partnership ceremony. Only one wedding is held per day. This is a venue I enjoy working at and there are numerous locations for the special shots of the bride and groom. I have many packages for either the smaller more intimate wedding right up to the larger wedding where everything is required. All images supplied on DVD packages are available through my price range.

There are two Hotels near to Kent Life and brides can arrive by car or ride in a trailer towed by a tractor. Once they are married the bride and groom can make their way out onto the lawn for drinks with their guests. Family photographs are then taken. Once these are done I take the bride and groom around the grounds at Kent Life. There are numerous locations with the hops and oast houses being very popular locations. There are also some lovely traditional gardens with covered walkways.

At Kent Life the wedding breakfast is held in the Wagon Store which is an airy room with oak beams and lots of hops hanging from the beams. This room holds 100 guests for the meal. At the Kent Life it is popular for me to stay until the first dance. This gives more opportunity to take more shots of the bride and groom around the grounds.

The Wagon Store and the Village Hall are used for the evening and between them can entertain up to 200 guests. The bar and dance floor are both situated in the Village Hall. Once the first dance is over I am normally finished. Please check my wedding package prices and ask for a quote if you require a tailored package for your wedding at Kent Life.
